Lyn is a Src-family kinase member expressed predominantly in cells of hematopoeitic lineage. It has been implicated in regulating B-cell receptor activity as well as other cellular responses such as migration.  Our SmartScreen™ Lyn kit contains our His-tagged Lyn complete intracellular domain enzyme, TDA 2.0™, reaction buffers, and substrate. The kit is available in three sizes for assay of 1000, 5000, or 30000 data points (384-well wells).
